Alma del Jaguar Nocturna Blanco blends two high-proof batches, one fermented with wild yeast and the other with Champagne yeast. The experiment yields a tequila equal parts sweet and peppery, heavy on flavors of tarragon, mint, flowers and orange peel. A silky-smooth mouthfeel makes it all the easier to pour another glass.
