Alma del Jaguar Añejo blends three separately aged lots — one double-barreled in American and French oak, and two aged exclusively in American oak for over 20 months — each developing distinct character before coming together. The result is a complex, layered tequila with banana, vanilla, cooked corn, caramel, and hints of smoke.
