This is rich, creamy and almost dessert like, with lots of ripe fruit, vanilla and soft spice. It is also a fascinating whisky technically, because it tastes like a malt whisky and is made with the same ingredients, but cannot be categorised as such because it is not distilled in pot stills. - Dani
