Ilegal Mezcal Añejo is aged to taste for 13 months in new and used American oak medium char barrels, rounded, full, and rich enough to rival the world's finest scotches and cognacs. Maple, clove, and bitter orange lead to dark chocolate and sweet agave on the palate.
