Alma del Jaguar Blanco is a 100% blue agave tequila made from just water, agave, and yeast — a proprietary blend of 80% natural wild yeast and 20% imported champagne yeast, unfiltered and bottled by hand at the source in Los Altos de Jalisco. Citrus-forward and floral, it opens with cooked agave, orange zest, and honey, finishing crisp and peppery with notes of grapefruit and sea salt.
