Redwood Empire 'Pipe Dream' Bourbon is a blended craft whiskey from Redwood Empire Distilling in Sonoma County, California. Named after the 14th tallest coast redwood tree on the planet, this smooth sipping bourbon features aromas of sweet maple, honey, and vanilla. The palate offers rich notes of roasted pecan, charred wood, and caramel, leading to a soft, lingering finish with a hint of black pepper.
