Ardbeg Corryvreckan is named for the thunderous whirlpool north of Islay, matured in bourbon American oak and new French oak. Waxy dark chocolate, blackcurrant, and muscovado sugar lead to chewy peppered steak and espresso, finishing long and powerful with black tarry coffee and hot pepper sauce.
